About Sarah Gillen

I have worked for 30 years with families, adults, and children. I am a certified Parent/Family Coach, besides being a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

I have also trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, no-touch Asian and indigenous healing techniques, and many modalities of Energy Medicine and mind/body medicine. I work from a systems perspective in everything I do, which means that I look at the whole picture to see how various factors affect each other and the whole. My goal is to help family members grow and improve their interactions, so that they can enjoy each other and their own lives as well!

I hold an advanced degree in psychology, and has also had extensive training in Oriental Medicine, systems theory, and energy principles for inducing change for the enhancement of performance and satisfaction.
